Review scope, payment security, variations, delay damages, liability caps, performance guarantees and how disputes are resolved. These terms shape your risk as much as the price does.
How do we launch a Korean beauty brand in Dubai?
Decide whether you will appoint a distributor, partner with a retailer or sell directly. Then agree brand use, product registration responsibilities, marketing and pricing, and check the brand’s UAE registration status.
Can I start the conversation from South Korea?
