Information you send us

The enquiry and event booking forms ask for your name, email address, optional telephone number and organisation, the area of support and a short message. Please do not include confidential or sensitive information, or documents, in an initial enquiry.

How we use it

We use the information to reply to you, to assess whether and how we can help (including conflict checks), to arrange consultations and events and to keep a record of our communications. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Hosting and email delivery

When you submit a form, the information is sent securely to our website server and emailed to our team through our hosting and email providers, who process it on our behalf. The website does not store submissions in a database.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics, managed through Google Tag Manager, to understand how visitors use the website — for example which pages are viewed, how long visits last, the type of device and browser and the approximate location. Google Analytics uses cookies for this. We use the results in aggregate to improve the website, not to identify you. Google processes this information under its own Privacy Policy (policies.google.com/privacy). You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings or with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).

Spam protection (Google reCAPTCHA)

The enquiry and event booking forms use Google reCAPTCHA to tell people from automated spam. When you use a form, reCAPTCHA loads from Google and collects information such as your IP address, browser and device details and how you interact with the page, and Google may set cookies. Google processes this information under its own Privacy Policy (policies.google.com/privacy) and Terms of Service (policies.google.com/terms). The result is checked by our server before an enquiry is accepted.

Images from other providers

Some photographs on the website load from images.unsplash.com. Your browser’s request to that provider includes ordinary connection information such as your IP address.

How long we keep information

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as we need it to respond to you and to meet our legal, regulatory and professional record-keeping obligations.
